multi-band ultra-high cost-effective LTE Cat.4 +
GNSS positioning markets. The module supports
data connection such as LTE-FDD, LTE-TDD, WCDMA,
supports up to 150Mbps download rate and 50Mbps
upload rate, comply with 3GPP Release 9.
RHF4M803 is an LCC+LGA patch module with a
compact package, Size only (32±0.1)X(29±0.1)X(2.4±
0.2) mm, it can meet the application needs of most
